• Returns are accepted only while the courier is still present.
• No returns after the courier leaves.
• Exchanges only (size, color, or another item if available).
• Must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Sale items sell out quickly. If your size is unavailable, we’ll offer an exchange to another available item.

Shipping & Delivery

• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details or no response, re-delivery may require an additional fee.

1) At Delivery (with the courier present)

• You may open and check your order while the courier is still present.
• If there is a clear issue (wrong item / wrong size / obvious manufacturing defect), we can arrange an instant exchange or return it with the courier immediately.

2) After Delivery (within 14 days)

• On regular days, we offer exchanges only within 14 days of receiving your order (size / color / another item, subject to availability).
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging.

3) Non-exchangeable cases

• Used items, washed items, or items with stains/odors.
• Tags removed or packaging damaged in a way that prevents resale.
• Any request made after 14 days from delivery.

4) Shipping fees

• If the issue is our mistake (wrong item / wrong size sent / manufacturing defect) → we cover all shipping fees.
• If the exchange is due to changing mind / sizing preference → customer covers shipping fees (pickup + re-delivery, based on the courier rates).

5) How to request an exchange

• Contact us within 14 days with your order number, the reason, and clear photos (if there’s a defect), plus the requested size/color.
• We’ll confirm availability and arrange the exchange pickup/delivery.
